Currently, many scholars and individuals are independently conducting research across various regions and cities. To maximize the impact of their academic endeavors, it is essential to ensure proper coordination of these activities. Additionally, these researchers require adequate support in terms of facilities, resources, and mentorship.
The ICONS initiative aims to encourage and support these aspiring researchers and writers by designating them as Research Associates (RAs). These RAs will be systematically organized into a cohesive network, fostering collaboration and shared learning. ICONS plans to establish at least one Research Associate in every major population center in Pakistan and other countries. This network will serve as a dynamic platform for researchers to share their achievements, discuss challenges, and receive guidance, thereby enhancing their academic pursuits.
